Tips and Prices

You can choose a mixture of fruit and sponge cakes (in whatever sponge flavour you prefer) to suit your requirements. The table below offers some guidance on pricing, however prices do vary depending on level of detail and always exclude cost of fresh flowers.

When choosing your cake, consider the number of guests attending, then use the look-up table (opposite) to determine the cake size and number of tiers you may require. Remember the evening guests in this estimate and perhaps additional friends and relatives unable to attend on your big day.

Tip - If you need extra portions consider a cutting cake which is generally a less expensive option than adding extra tiers.

Tip - A fruit tier does not need to be a bottom tier.

A fruit cake is always better booked in advance to allow time for the cake to mature, however we are usually able to supply late requests.

Certain times of the year are very busy, so as soon as you know your event date, it is best to book your cake. Supa Dupa Cakes offer a Save the Date scheme, where a £50 deposit secures your date in our calendar and you can then come back to us a little later to confirm your final requirements.

We also offer a "Simply Yours" range which is specifically aimed at a smaller or more intimate event. Prices in this limited range are from £125 for a two tier and from £160 for a three tier cake.

A "Simply Yours" three tier cake in sizes 6", 8" and 10" serves approximately 50-60 guests.

This range is only available in fruit cake or plain sponge.
